Not happy with product. Didn't get ANY results and when I try to contact them they are nonexistent. Now I'm going to have to get a new c.c. to stop anymore charges from this TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFO. !! DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ANY SATISFACTION ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Complete scam and liars do not recommend

I had high hopes for this company as they build me within an hours of me doing my questionnaire. It has been two weeks and I still do not have my correct medication. I have left messages in the portal multiple times. I have made phone calls multiple times left messages with no call back. I have called and as luck might have it one person answered and made the agreement he would find out the answer and call me right back. This happened twice and I did not get a callbacks either time. There are so many other GLP1 providers out there. This is not the way customer service should be. They grab your money and your left with no answers.

if you have a loved one please don’t leave them in the care of this company. the carers are only concerned about making more money, i had one carer charge my dad $100 for food that was basically lentils for every single meal. i had another carer who (i found out after from the neighbor) would sit in her car for an hour then spend 5 minutes with my dad. i had another carer who couldn’t work weekends so i said i can do weekends except she didn’t tell the management and was getting paid fir the weekend. once i found out i told the manager and it was clear she was a pal of this carer because she did absolutely nothing about it. all in all the staff are friendly but they really do not care about people and are not doing the job they get paid for. my father lost so much weight where they didn’t stay with him to make sure he ate his meals . my biggest regret is not giving up work to care for my dad, unfortunately im a widow with two children and i had no option but use this terrible firm.
