I did a lot of research on H2 generators. Evolv was top on my list. It was capable of the highest production of H2 at an expensive but comparably reasonable price. Delivery was delayed and didnt come with use directions. Customer service was slow but sent me a link. I used it for 4-5 days until it stopped working. At first it stopped pressurizing - no 'pop' when removing the top. Then I could no longer turn it on. I pushed the on button continuously but it wouldn't start. After 4 emails, Customer service finally replied with instructions of how to re hydrate the base...which included turning it on which I told them was impossible to do. Im very disappointed. I asked for an exchange, but reading the reviews, I think I'll just ask for a full refund.

Horrible customer service. Absolute nightmare. If you order online and change your payment method, double-check your cart—because this company will quietly change it for you. When I updated my payment, the sizes in my cart automatically reverted to small, even though I changed nothing. I contacted Evolv immediately through their website and by email. No response. Then I received a shipping confirmation. Of course, the wrong sizes shipped. I reached out three more times before finally getting a response—and when I did, it didn’t address the issue at all. After several more attempts, they asked me to send pictures before they’d “let me know” how to return the items. I had to send the pictures three separate times before anyone replied again. This company is a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card, and they lied in their response so they could get paid. I reopened the dispute and will fight it so Evolv gets none of my money. I will return the items because I can’t wear them, but I will not pay for return shipping when they ignored me at every step. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Completely incompetent and dishonest. I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere I can to warn others about this scam of a business.

The water bottle started leaking after one week of use. I reached out to customer service via email and never heard back from them. I can attach a recording of the water bottle leaking in real time if trust pilot allows. A misleading and terrible product. Don't waste your money.

Unless you want a faulty device and have to chase a refund for over a year, do not buy.

This company loves giving you the runaround they have the worst customer service ever. I would strongly recommend you not buy from them. They also don’t work there tops are just glorified tank tops nothing else.

DO NOT buy from this company. I followed all the instructions and my machine got mouldy. I followed up in march and they sent out parts that where missing after chasing up for months. The new parts didn’t fix the issue and I once again had to have up for months for help. I was then promised a refund and have been following up for weeks, their customer service is disgraceful. Save your money and buy from a brand that cares about their customers and doesn’t grow mold.

I was unhappy with my item and tried to return the item for a full refund as stated in there refund policy.They kept offering me a percentage of a refund. It was so aggravating and I just couldn’t bother anymore. I felt like that was their endgame was to wear me down until i finally just threw up my hands and said “forget it”. Don’t bother getting involved unless you want the aggravation.
