Our Hydrogen water stopped working a few months ago. We have been having trouble contacting the company for a replacement.

Evolv use yodel .... yodel are crap they say they've delivered and left my parcel maybe they did but it ain't at my house and the picture proves this evolv say it's been delivered and if there is an issue contact them yodel that is ....has anybody tried to contact yodel impossible so evolv my contact of purchase is with you not yodel so on this understanding bought a product from them which I never received

I’ve ordered a shirt almost a month ago. Can’t track the order. There’s no tracking company. A person by the name of ROSE emails me the same result from the week before. There’s no number to contact anyone. I just want my money back. Someone please help.

Never received my order of shirts. No reply from support. Website tracking says could not find order even after i received an email from evolv saying i should have the product and asking if i liked it.

Very poor quality! Stop working after a few uses. Although I was informed it had been shipped, I never received the replacement and the customer service did not response to my enquiry at all.

i have no confidence in this company, products or care. i bought three of the Vests. i got more support in a tight t shirt. Their website sizes are incorrect and you need to order smaller. but you don’t know this until delivery. then if you need or have the energy left in your soul to return , to china by the way! you pay return postage and 30% deductible back to company. So please do not buy from these people, save your money , time and patience. read reviews. i am a verified buyer. 27546 order number.

First of all do not pay extra for faster shipping it will take weeks regardless! Second the response from support is fast until there's a problem lol they will forget who you are and what you want! I'm still waiting on my order I'm still waiting for support to try and cancel my order..my neighbor actually bought one of these shirts he'd worn it a total of 10 minutes took it off threw it in the bottom of his closet there ZERO SHAPING ZERO SUPPORT AND THE DAMN THINGS TOO SHORT BY 3 INCHES AND HE GOT HIS RECOMMENDED SIZE XL HES TRIED GETTING A REFUND STARTED THEY BASICALLY TOLD HIM THEY WOULD GIVE HALF HIS MONEY BACK AND HE PAYS SHIPPING...BACK TO CHINA!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Did not state product coming from China. A week later, no delivery date? Waste of money and time.
