They got me again
They got me again. My second order wasn't filled as advertised. This " buy one, get one free" is nothing but a scam. And they actually had the nerve to charge me again, but at least they removed the charge. And the product is coming from China. If not, why does it take almost a month to get the product? The US address is nothing but a front. BUYER BEWARE. They'll email you saying they will make things right. DON'T BELIEVE IT.

Worst company ever!!!
If I could give this company the zero they deserve, I would. After being stuck with a subscription that was applied after my order was placed, I have attempted to cancel several times. Since there is no phone number, I emailed my request for cancellation on three separate occasions. Each time I was either told it would be taken care of or that I requested cancellation too late. At 4:30 this morning I received an email stating that my order was on route. An orderI did not request nor do I want. I immediately contacted my credit card company and requested they file a dispute as well as reached out to the bbb again How can I stop this company from refusing to stop my unwanted subscription. Please help!

Disappointed
I never received the products I ordered on September 23, 2026. I few days later I was charged $69.00 dollars for products I never authorized. I got the $69.00 refund and only partial of the original and still no products. I am disappointed and will never order from this company and will spread it to my friends.

SCAM FROM CHINA
Was ripped off buying it from Amazon same name brand but different package and no co q 10 in the ingredients but showed on front side this product comes from chyna eat up after further research found out it comes from chyna after I ordered from there website never received it nor will I be taking it

THE PACKAGE HAS NO MANUFACTURAL NAME OR ADDRESS.
I purchased this product but have no confidence in it, 1 the package does not have any information about the manufactural and that alone makes me suspicious. If you produce a great product as claimed, Your name and address should be boldly written on the package. 2 When I opened the caplet, thought the casing was black but the content looks like olive oil. I am not sure I will be taken this product. I will just count my loss

Ordered this product for my dad
Ordered this product for my dad. The website says ships from USA. But to my surprise it got shipped over seas from China. I ordered the product back on August 16th or 18th and my tracking showed it was in New Jersey on Sep 8th. My product has yet to show up. Still says its in New Jersey. Ive spoke with customer service about this issue. It is now October 10 and nothing. Ive asked for a refund and they wont give me back my money. Horrible customer service. They say full money back if you are not satisfied but thats not the case.

Two times I was promised my order was…
Two times I was promised my order was on the way.Then oh no your order was delivered.I still have nothing,I have cameras around my home that I check ,there has not been a delivery.
