I ordered the tent for my doxie, it came with no instructions on how to open the package and be careful about not breaking the cheap sticks they used to suppose hold it together. CHEAP CHEAP STUFF-if i could give them a zero star would work better. Tried to contact twice by customer help.

Made in the UK? No way all ads are American. Complete scam. They should be shut down!

If I could give a -1. I would. I wish I knew how to to get my money back. My grand daughter lost her small puppy. I thought this would be good gift. Boy was I wrong. If you know how to get a refund. Please let me know. Lori hilinski

Not 1 email sent for confirmation on order. Not 1 email sent for tracking item. I'm very unhappy with this digital doggo. Cheap product. For the toy and shipping almost $60.00. Certainly not worth it. I'm going to try to return it. I'm very unhappy with this.

Stop lying about that ridiculas toy dog, it's a strait rip off and you might as well not send people anything at all rather than misleading them so badly with false advertising. your definately ruining trust of good people. And Its shows what class of operation I'm dealing with, how you collect more of my personal information to make a complaint. You already took our money, now we have to follow your rules to warn people about your scam

I order a shirt a month ago and still have not received it. I've contacted them several times and they say oh it's back ordered. I finally asked if I could have my money back or a different shirt and haven't heard from them in a week. I also just looked at my bank account and they took $30 out of my account. For what I don't know because I never authorized it. So don't order from them because you'll never get your product and they'll take random money from your account which I'm trying to get back.

5 star reviews of this company are fake. They take money and do not ship products. Stay away from this scam company. They don't have their own product line, instead they have links to other companies who actually do produce the product. Go straight to the manufacturer and cut out this middle man who will steal your money.

The add that I saw was for a t shirt for $7.99 plus shipping and the proceeds would go to helping dogs. What actually was they've started taking $30 a month out of my bank account, stating that I signed up for this and it was in an email.they sent me which it was not. I've tried to cancel several times and if only been met with stupid emails from a manager. I had to cancel my card at my bank and my bank is currently investigating the charges to have them reversed . Don't do it!!! I have a problem even thinking this is a real charity.
