Patients do this every day. Messaging us is simply a second option if you'd rather we do it for you. If you sent a cancellation request and didn't hear back, that shouldn't have happened and we apologize. Mistakes happen, and it's possible your message slipped past us. Please message us again through the portal so we can match your account, and we'll confirm the cancellation right away. If anything was charged or fulfilled after you asked to cancel, we'll refund it. On the phone number: it's a real support line, answered during business hours, and voicemails are returned the next business day. If you called over the weekend, that's why it went to voicemail; as noted on our website, live calls aren't open on weekends, though the portal is monitored.
