1st they initially charged me 3x's. Next, they trick you into subscriptions and charge you about every 3wks. And you don't even know if the product works because you have any other time to even test it. I wasn't trying to pay over $1000 to try a product.

I still haven't gotten anything yet I paid for it 😡 and the customer service rings three times and says welcome to blueforce and hangs up every time.its a scam I want my money back

Never recieved product, emails never answered also customer service phone number rings 3 times then disconnected . Horrible experience

Warranty is the reason, however if you don't start the treatments as soon as you receive it they will not honor it. This is bad business.

I purchased a 3-month supply, and within 3 weeks of my initial order, they submitted me for an autorenewal subscription. There was no warning that it was going to renew to even give me a chance to cancel or stop it. Also, I never selected a subscription, nor does it make any sense to renew for another 3-month supply when I hadn't even completed my first month! There is no way to cancel the subscription, and the email provided is unresponsive. Additionally, I've called the customer service line multiple times and it disconnects once the automated answering picks up. This is ridiculous.
