Tried to cancel shortly after ordering…
Tried to cancel shortly after ordering but told it too late. Wasn't allowed to send back after receiving it.

Love this product!
Love love love this product! Not only does it taste good and a nice addition to my morning tea, but it truly has made me feel that extra pep when it comes to intimacy and feeling good about myself. I couldn’t remember this product more! I will definitely be re-purchasing and telling all my friends!

Scam scam scam
Stay away from this scam of a company. First of all they hid their subscription policy in their refund page stating that you HAVE to go through one renewal cycle before you cancel which is not clearly stated at all in their checkout process. Secondly, it takes way longer than stated to receive. It said 2-7 days and took over 2 weeks to receive it. Thirdly they have THE worst customer service as they take forever to respond so any back and forth takes no joke weeks to figure out any problems and not even come to a solution. Not to mention they WILL ghost you if you bring up something with truth that they can’t get around. I will be filing a FTC complaint because this company wasn't upfront about their subscription policy even stated multiple times during and before checkout that theres “zero commitment. Cancel anytime” trust me there is hidden commitment and you cant cancel anytime. Just do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere.

Bad business. Stay away!
Just like others, I was signed up for an unwanted subscription. Before receiving first shipment of honey sticks (gift for my wife) I had to email MULTIPLE times for shipping information. The tracking was then incorrect until even after shipment arrived. Then I found a recurring charge for a subscription that I did not sign up for. That SHOULD be a criminal offense. With 1.5 hours of the confirmation email of subscription payment I emailed to cancel order and subscription but was told “too late” it’s already shipped. So I’m stuck with a $44.90 charge for a product my wife didn’t like. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Stay as far away as you can.

Extremely concerning experience, lack of transparency
placed an order after seeing an Instagram ad and attempted to cancel it the same day, before any shipping confirmation or tracking information was provided. My cancellation request went unanswered for several days. Then, within a 24-hour period, I received two different emails with contradictory explanations regarding shipment status — one stating the order was “in transit and pending interception,” and another stating it was already “beyond interception.” No carrier name, tracking number, or proof of shipment was ever provided. In addition to my personal experience, I observed multiple public comments under the company’s Instagram account from other users stating they had not received their orders or felt misled. I have screenshots of these comments. I also observed the company’s Instagram following increase dramatically in a very short period of time (from under 30 followers to several thousand within one day), which raised further concerns about authenticity. I have screenshots with dates documenting this change. Due to the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and concerning public feedback, I would strongly advise others to research carefully before ordering. If you are trying to avoid potential issues, proceed with extreme caution.

Works for me and I love it!
The Bloomin Honey Sticks were great. Their customer service is superb! They were easy to deal with, whenever I needed something changed with my subscription or monthly orders, they made sure everything was taken care of.

Exceptional customer support!
