Hi Danielle, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding your order. When checking out on our site, we provide clear options for both one-time purchases and "Subscribe & Save" plans. The details of the recurring billing and the terms of the agreement are displayed before the purchase is finalized to ensure our customers can make the choice that best fits their needs. It appears a subscription was selected during your checkout process. However, we certainly don't want you to continue receiving products you no longer wish to use. While we haven't been able to locate your previous emails, I would like to resolve this for you now. I have sent you a direct message via Trustpilot. Please provide your order details there so I can manually confirm the cancellation of your plan and ensure no further charges are processed. With care, Olivia

Hi Laura, Thank you so much for sharing your story. I hear you, and I want you to know that choosing to "put yourself first" is not just a win for you, but for your whole family, too. Managing a demanding career and a household with two little ones just 11 months apart is a monumental task. It is completely understandable that by 8pm, you feel like you have nothing left to give. You’ve been pouring from an empty cup for a while now, and I am so glad you’ve decided it’s time for some "me time." We are sincerely rooting for you and your husband. We truly hope that Bloomin helps you find that extra spark and the energy to feel like yourself again, even after a long day. You deserve to feel cared for! Feedback like this reminds us why we do what we do, so thank you for your trust in Bloomin. With care, Olivia

Hi Julie, Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt and honest look into your marriage. Happy 10 years to you both! It is so incredibly common for the "drive" to end up on the back burner when life and a beautiful family of three take center stage—but that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you miss that "boy oh boy" connection you used to have. I love how you put it: "I WANTED to WANT my husband again." That desire to find your way back to each other is so powerful, and I am absolutely thrilled to hear that the honey sticks helped reignite that spark for you both! Hearing that you’ve found that critical part of your marriage again is exactly why we do what we do. Give those three amazing kids a hug for us, and enjoy this new chapter of "wanting" each other! With care, Olivia

Hi Rachelle, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sincerely sorry for the frustration. There is nothing more annoying than trying to start a wellness journey and being met with technical hurdles at the finish line. We want the Bloomin experience to be as smooth as our honey, so I’ve already passed your note along to our tech team to investigate any "glitches" during the checkout process. We really appreciate you sticking with it despite the bugs! Feedback like this helps us get better, so thank you for your patience and your trust in us. With care, Olivia
