Hi Claire, This is the kind of update that makes our hearts skip a beat! We are absolutely over the moon to hear that at 50, you are feeling like yourself again. There is nothing more powerful than reclaiming that "spark"—both in your energy levels and your desire. We know that these transitions in life can sometimes feel like you’re losing a bit of who you are, so hearing that you’ve found that connection again is exactly why we do what we do! Thank you so much for sharing your success with our community. We are sitting right there with you, cheering you on as you continue this amazing journey! With care, Olivia

Hi Lisa, My heart truly goes out to you. Thank you for being so incredibly open and vulnerable with us. Please know that you are not alone—so many women in our community who have had a hysterectomy describe that exact same feeling of "obligation" replacing "desire," and it can be so heavy to carry, especially when you love your husband and want to share that passion with him. The fact that he is trying to be patient is such a beautiful foundation, and we are sitting right there with you, crossing our fingers and rooting for Bloomin to be the "spark" that helps you move from obligation back to genuine connection. We want you to feel like yourself again—not just for your anniversary, but for every day after. We are so honored to be a part of this journey to bring that passion back into your marriage. We can't wait for your order to arrive so you can get started! With care, Olivia

Hi Diane, I am deeply, sincerely sorry. To hear that you reached out again and still haven't received the support you need—especially after we promised to handle it—is completely unacceptable to us. This is not the experience we want for any member of our community, and I am personally taking charge of this right now. I have escalated this to our Support Team as a priority. You will an email from a member of our team. Thank you for your incredible patience while we fix this. We are committed to making this right. With care, Olivia

Hi C H, I love your "fingers crossed" attitude! Thank you so much for being so patient and understanding—you are absolutely right that wellness is a journey, and sometimes those natural ingredients just need a little extra time to build up and create the shift you're looking for. We often see that for some of our community, the "spark" returns in the first month, but for others, it’s that second or third month where things really start to click. The fact that you’re sticking with it and giving your body that grace is the best way to set yourself up for success! We are sitting right there with you, crossing our fingers (and everything else!) and rooting for your breakthrough. Please do keep us posted as you move into month two! With care, Olivia

Hi Babs, This is exactly what we love to hear! There is nothing quite like that feeling of being "full of energy" and ready to take on the day with your spark back. We are also so happy that the honey sticks have become your favorite "lil treat" each morning! We truly believe that taking care of yourself should be something you actually look forward to, and hearing that it’s both delicious and effective is a double win. We are sitting right there with you, crossing our fingers and rooting for that energy to keep soaring as you continue your journey! With care, Olivia

Hi Nathalie, I am so incredibly sorry for the frustration and stress this has caused you. Please know that it is never our intention to make anyone feel misled or ignored—that is the opposite of the supportive community we strive to build here at Bloomin. I completely understand why you feel disappointed. When you’re trying to manage an order and can't get a response, it’s incredibly unsettling. We are currently looking into our support channels to find out why your messages didn't reach us or why there was a delay, as we want to make sure this doesn't happen to you or anyone else again. I have flagged this as an urgent priority for our team. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to making this right for you. With care, Olivia
