First off I’ve been a customer of Auri for almost a year now. I’m really not a big “review” person, and I believe, like I was taught, if you don’t have anything good to say , then don’t! Supplements are not magic but work differently in every persons body with their own chemical-body makeup, but when a company deserves kudos I will promote them. I take my Auri Super Mushroom gummies daily, and when I don’t take them, I know it, and I’ve never had an issue with customer service. I just recently had an issue with not receiving my monthly subscription due to the carrier ( DHL) and Auri responded and reconciled the problem swiftly. Thank You Auri for your great product and great customer service Frank

I received a quick email response from representative and got the resolution I was hoping for.

I had gotten a wrong date of delivery. They both were prompt to answer, got me my actual delivery date

Once upon a time, I ordered too many pouches for the month in which I was living. Sooo, I asked Auri to skip an order. This they did. Then, I still had a half a bag in excess. Oh my. They then helped me and fixed it, once again. They are always happy to help and at 80, I need lots of technical help! The main reason I cannot skip a single day of these gummies? I am nicer, smarter, more focused and happier with them. I absolutely function at a higher level with Auri!!!

Four days in and I can tell a difference in my brain fog when taking Auri. They have a cherry taste and go down easily. I ordered two bags to start and my shipment arrived within a week after ordering. However, I only received one of the two bags. I reached out to customer service, who were very responsive and shipped me another bag immediately. So happy I found these online!
