Great gummies! They taste good (albeit too earthy for my picky 11 yo)! And I think they make me feel better!

I had a question 2 weeks after ordering (already paying)which because of my numerous health issues could have potentially caused me billing/payment issues in the future. I reached out to customer service and within seconds I received a reply that was courteous, understanding, friendly and solved my problem immediately. This was the most positive encounter I have ever had with customer service in any situation ever. I also had a follow-up question to which they again answered within seconds with the same courteousness, caringness and solution. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been taking the Daily Mushroom Gummies for at least a year, and in my line of work, as an actress, I have to memorize lines... Before Auri Dailies, I would struggle. Now, I can memorize and deliver with confidence. SOOOO, I added the Lions Mane liquid to my arsenal of memory boosters. It's working! at 67, I can memorize my lines a quickly as my younger scene partners!!!!!

Great customer service

I have been using the Hair, Skin, and Nails for about a year or so and they really do work! I can definitely tell the difference in my nails. Nails have never been this strong! My hair and skin seem better too!

I haven't noticed the effects of Lion's Mane elixir yet, but it has only been about a week or so. I am however quite impressed with the quality of customer service. I received a rapid and knowledgeable response to my questions. Krisha is very mindful of customer concerns and efficient at delivering needed information. I am happy with the help I received.

In addition to their wonderful products (I use their daily gummies and different elixirs), their customer service is prompt and personable. Krisha has helped me make adjustments to my monthly orders quickly, confirmed a second order to a different address was valid, provided a quick response when I hadn’t received my product (Postal issue not Auri), and always communicates in a friendly way like she really cares about the customer experience.
