I’ve read the reviews that are critical of Auri’s customer service. My experience has been the opposite. I found it easy to contact CS and CS responded the same day by quickly resolving my issue.

Service and support has been excellent. Price is very competitive. There are data to support potential positive effects of lion's mane; however, I can't honestly differentiate what I've experienced between "real" and possible placebo effect. I would cast a jaundiced eye on anyone who unequivocally believes they're experiencing the former but for me at this price point I'm giving the product the benefit of the doubt.

The Super Mushroom Daily Gummies taste great, and I definitely feel better when I take them. I also got the Cordycepts elixir and it definitely gives me energy and it tastes great too. Initially I was receiving a monthly subscription, but I was not using the products that fast. I sent an email and my subscription was quickly and easily cancelled and I was given a link to renew my subscription when I run low on product, or I can just place a one time order as needed.
