Avoid this website. Fraudsters. They dont deliver the drawing nor do they refund monies as promised

This website is an absolute scam! They charged my card $36 without permission after the $1 trial. After I complained, they sent me a fake refund receipt on May 23rd, 2026, claiming the money was sent back. However, on May 27th, they officially deducted the money from my bank account anyway. I have waited over a month and checked my bank statement daily, but no money has been returned. When I emailed them to ask for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to track the transaction with my bank, they completely ignored me and refused to reply. Total fraud! Avoid them at all costs!

It’s a scam. First they charged for $1, which I signed up for, then they charged for $20 and $36 or something. They keep your email in the loop and sets chatbot to reply to you automatically. This I know because there is no reason a person could reply to you immediately the moment they receive the email. And they set the chatbot to reply to you automatically so to keep you in the loop for a month, then you cannot make a look up on the bank anymore because it has exceeded 1 month. Plus, after deducting the fee, they did not deliver the result too.

They stolen $150 from me now without my permission I have gotten nothing from them they are a scam where is the money you stole. I have my granddaughter this weekend how am I to get her now with my petrol money you have stolen . You have stolen from me weeks ago and never returned it. Where the .... is my money I want it back in my account now .

This site took $36 without my permission and then promise to refund in 4 working days and haven’t refunded for 3 weeks now

Its a scam. They asked for $1 which I did give them but at the same time they deducted more $36 from my card. Then they said that once the service is active they can't refund. I didn't asked for any $36 service. I'm keep emailing them for refund and they set auto reply bot which is just replying with scripted messages that refund will be issued but at the same time says that there will be no refund. Stay away from this site. Report to concern authorities.

HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? SHOULDN'T THE LAW PROTECT THE PEOPLE FROM SOMETHING LIKE THIS BULLSHIT SCAM? THEY JUST ROBBED ME ABOUT 50DOLLARS AND DIDN'T GIVE IT BACK. HOW CAN I REGAIN IT????
