Absolute scammers, they would debit you twice beyond what you authorized for.

This is a total scam. There are hidden charges I was charges $48 for a $1 drawing, which was deducted from my card without my consent. When i requested for a refund, a lady by the name of Alyssa, said that she is looking into it and it will be refunded within 9 days. It has been a month and I have not received my refund, also the company is no longer responding to my emails. Please stay away from these scammers.

Very misleading. Didn’t get my sketch the 1st time, my second sketch was mouth dropping. Got me thinking everyone got the same person sketch. Don’t recommend using.

This people are broad daylight scammers,they deducted my money without me initiating any subscription and didn't refund me The worse nightmare,you can't cancel the subscription,don't fall for this app they're broad daylight scammers

These guys told Me they would give me a refund for the almost $50 freaking dollars they took out of my account. I thought I was only paying $1 for some stupid sketch thing I never even received. I receive a refund receipt back on July 4th. As of today I have not received that refund and they are not responding to My emails. This is a bunch of bs

First I paid for $1 sketch I was promised to wait 24 hours, then I mistakenly clicked only to find out I made a payment by mistake,, I asked for refund they promised me will get it within 3 to 6 days,, never got it,, it's been aonth now,, when I asked all I get is just a robotic response,, I want my $36,, u are bloody scammers,, how can u be so cruel

I was charged for the trial, then immediately charged the full price without my authorization. I never received my sketch, an actual reading, or anything. I have contacted customer service six times now and either get no response at all, or the exact same pre-written response that does not address my issues. I have been promised a refund by the pre-written responses, but have not received one.
