AstroReviews of tryastro.org

Scam scam scam Big fraud I click a dollar ,and I was debited over 75USD right away. I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Alyssa promised I will get my refund within nine days. It's over 2wks now. She is not responding to my email. I am sure they build the app to scam people, once your account details are imputed, they have access to debit you. Please refund my money.

They overcharged me, and then they told me that they were going to give the money back and that i have to wait 9-10 business days. I waited and no refund so far. I message them again and now there is no answer from them. I never use the webpage because I closed the account as soon as i saw they overcharged me. This is a scam

Do not trust them! I paid for an astrological report. It was incorrect, even though I gave my details correctly. So I asked for a refund within minutes. I got a reply back from Alisha (Ai reply btw) and agreed on a full refund. But instead of getting my money back few days later, they took another payment from bank account without any permission. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. I hate companies and people like this with all of my guts. I should have checked reviews before and after the first transaction block the merchant on my account. Do not trust them!

I also am a victim of this scamming company. I cannot put it otherwise. They took about 100 EUR of my account, and I didn't do or ask for anything! Also received a mail that they would refund the amount debited, but this was 9 business days ago, still nothing. Meantime I sent a few reminders, but no reactions at all anymore. I had also asked for a sketch with company Hint, and they were really correct, didn't take anymore money then they had to, so maybe this is a better thing to do. Sept: After calling my credit card company, I got my money back, but not from tryastro. No response anymore, whatsoever. Don't let yourself be scammed bij the company, otherwise they keep on doing it.

Absolute scam, after paying 1$ and waiting, when I was just trying to leave the page on my mobile they have charged me 42$ without me knowing even for what. I managed to cancel the subscription but with that lost immediate access even to the sketch for that 1$. Support said I should be refunded within 5-9 business days. It's 11 and now they are not even responding.

After my purchase, I waited the required 48 hours for my soulmate sketch. After the 48 hours, It was not delivered to me. I had emailed Alyssa and we were corresponding back and forth until she suggested I reach out to the support team, which just led me to the same email addressed to her. I still never got a response despite attaching my receipt. I have not received an email since and no refund, and or sketch. TRYASTRO is a crook, a chest, a scam. Don't waste your time unless you feel like throwing money away.

I just clicked on a dollar reading on Facebook then it charged my Apple Cash $50 and green dot bank won’t refund or stop this fraudulent vendor. Never received an email, the website won’t load because it’s insecure and the customer service number I was given is a bad number. Complete fraud and it continues to try to charge my Apple Cash account even after I change the #. I quit using Apple Cash altogether

It’s all a big scam ! They withdrew without authorisation over 80€ in te next hour from my account! Afyer contacting the support team and explaining the issue I asked the legal refund. They did apologise for the inconvenience and said I would get a complete refund within 4 to 9 days…. they never did !!!
