Refund with customer service was suspect. I noticed a debit card charge on my bank account z2 From TryAstro. One was for $1.00 then 2 days later one for $49.99. I am not aware of making these transactions and has no receipts or confirmations from them that I had requested or signed up for a membership just the unexpected charges shown on my bank acct debit card. I immediately called customer service 660 628 1280 (#on webpage) and someone answered i explained the above and he said i will cancel and give you a refund but before I can do that you have to go to trustpilot and leave a review. He then sent me a link to my email to click to "trustpilot" where i could leave a review for them. He had to try thus with me x2. I did as he asked. Once on trust pilot i left a review that customer service was helpful and canceled my membership and initiated a refund" He remained on the phone the whole time. Once my review was confirmed by him as received he told me id Recieve email confirmation of our call and refund status. This was on 10/03 and yes confirmation emails did arrive including a email "Receipt" confirming refund expected 2-6 business days. Nothing more. By 10-10 2025 Wanting to follow up after a week or so and no refund i tried calling again and got a recording " This number no longer in service" However on the website my email remained active as signed in. Not sure now if this all was a scam i tried again to sign in to my account got a link in my email for the sign in code put it in and it took me to a Webpage saying I had Cancelled my membership but my account is still active and to access my account click an email link and enter the code when i did this last one the web page it went to was not working and just seemed to loop saying try again. So Far No Refund Back to My Card or bank. This is obviously a Scam And They beed reported which i have done
