Scam. I was charged more than I signed up for and never received the sketch or a refund

Canncelled the subscription - they charged me anyway and then I asked for refund citing the date that I cancelled the subscription and they sent me a receipt of refund and never sent the money - this is a scam. Stay away from them

Stay well away ! Hidden charges are the worst , I saw an ad on Facebook and wanted the $1 trial which offered a reading and a sketch , I clicked next … and was automatically charged an additional $36 without consent , extremely confused as to why and annoyed my money had been taken I cancelled the ALSO automatic weekly subscription , I emailed them and they said I wasn’t able to get a refund as I didn’t have an account with them which wasn’t possible so I sent the bank charges , “Alyssa” replied saying she would submit my refund of $36 and my $1 sketch and reading I had to wait 48h for , it’s been 9 days , no refund no sketch and no reading , I checked their refund policy and I was eligible for it and still nothing 22 emails and 11 days layer no replies , luckily I was able to get my money back through my bank and revived my money this morning , fake , scam

That's a scam, the screen said 1$ payment. They charged 70 $ for subscriptions i didn't sign up for. I requested a refund, they said it's processing. But nothing was received. And no one is replying to my follow-up emails.

Instead of reviewing the payment details, I clicked “next,” which led me to accidentally purchase three packs that I had no intention of buying.

This is a freaking scam. Don't fall for it. I originally only wanted to pay $1, but I ended up getting charged an additional $100. I contacted them immediately, and it’s been 10 days, but I still haven’t gotten my money back. Then, a few days ago, I was charged another $50 for a subscription that I never even authorized. I need my money back.
