Paid $1 for a “sketch.” Closed the page. Then they took $42 more. No invoice, no receipt, nothing in my inbox except later support emails. I emailed support. First they said they couldn’t even find a purchase under my email. I gave the last 4 of the card. Suddenly they remembered: $1 trial plus a $36 “bundle upgrade.” Then they said they couldn’t refund because “work had begun” and offered a free $150 psychic reading instead. I sent them their own refund policy. Same day they flipped: “I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund… 5–9 business days.” Weeks later still no money. I asked for proof the refund was actually processing. Same canned Alyssa reply: “still processing, 4–9 business days, nothing needed from you.” I cancelled the subscription on their site. Called my bank. Visa dispute is in now. If you only meant to try the $1 thing, don’t. Check your statement the same day. And if they email you “refund issued,” wait until the money actually hits before you believe it.

Today I started working for amplitude work it's a company that hires you to work from home or so I thought. After I finished the tasks that they had me do. They told me I have to deposit 50$to activate my work account. I have screen shots of the texts.

Worst experience ever, they charge 42euro if you dont cancel in time, then if you complain they say they will give your money back in 4-9 days, and of course after 9 days there is no refund and they ignore your messages

I paid for the $1 drawing and ended up getting charged $49 then $69. I asked for a refund and waited the days they said it would take and got nothing. I e emailed them repeatedly and told to wait everytime with no action. Further morenincancelled my subscription but they still try to charge me more money. Definitely a scam

This page is a total scam. They clicked and paid the trial for 1usd and my credit card info was saved but it links me to error so I didn’t get to try anything from their service, and I kept going on with life because it was just 1usd. But then when the trial expired, I got charged 44usd. So I emailed them the issue and they promised to refund within 2-6 business days, but obviously there was never any refund, I emailed them again but they blocked my email.

While on Instagram, I agreed to a single $1.00 charge for a drawing of my “soul mate”. I agreed to this charge. Immediately after, while trying to view the promised purchase, I clicked on a button that did not clearly indicated that I was going to be charged an additional $42.00 dollars. This appeared separately from the initial $1.00 charge that I had agreed upon. The $42.00 dollar charge was never agreed to by me. I requested their customer service that this second $42.00 charge be refunded to me. “Alyssa” replied and assured me they would refund me in totality and it would take 4-9 business days. After day 11 I contacted this customer service email and have gotten no further response or refund. This is a SCAM. My bank account did not wanted to refund my funds either.

The charge to my card was unauthorized. I never received any information, reading, or service from the app. I requested a refund weeks ago, but it still has not been processed, and no one has communicated with me.
