Charged 49.99 for a service I didn't order. Still waiting on refund.

This is a big scam. I cancelled my subscription a previous month. The month afterwards it still deducted money from my account. You have got back to me about a refund through the emails but you still haven't got back to me after a MONTH! took my money and no refund, no follow up and no answers after you sent those emails about taking "4 to 9" Business days.

I signed on for the sketch, paid, never received the sketch. Cancelled subscription, was billed, asked for a refund. Now we are two weeks and several AI generated emails later, still no refund. Absolute scam, stay far away from this.

This is a scam. I have never agreed to be charged for this " service". Please avoid this page.

‼️‼️‼️ Avoid this service!!! They charged me for services which I never requested, plus I could never log into my account. I made contact with them, I received emails with promises regarding refund but I never received anything back. My loss is €68. Stay away from this swindler!!!

They took money from me, even though I hadn't realized it was a subscription. At first, the company was responsive; I replied to their emails, but then they stopped communicating—despite having promised a refund. Now two months have passed, and there has been no further response or money from the company.

I wanted to only see the picture of my soulmate. They tell me it’s only 1$, but I ended charged with 42,62$ and 59,73$. I asked for a refund, they tell me no probelm, but it’s been 2 weeks (almost 3), and I haven’t received it yet. Dont get scammed

My first review here on Trustpilot was on the 9th. They had responded in a friendly manner and had promised me my money back and a free reading that I would receive in several hours. Money back within 2-9 workdays. I had already cancelled my subscription because I didn't trust it in the beginning because it's not the first time I fall in a FB advertisement trap costing me money. Told them so in my reply and said that I was pleased to hear from them so fast,Alyssa replied that she completely understood that I wanted my reading and I would receive it in several hours though my email,but all my other messages in the last 10 days have not been responded so I told them if they would fallow through I would change my 4 star rating into a 5 unless they would take me for a looser as well and let me hang loose. So that's what they did and therefore just 1 star because the option for no stars isn't available. Shitty scam company as well! Don't fall for their smooth talking!!!!
