I thought it was a good idea to buy a $1 drawing and so far i didn't get it. When I tried to enter in my account, It says Account not found so i tried Customer Support But it seems like the email responding back to me was a bot saying they will get back to me shortly. Then i got charged $50 for something i didn't order. Good thing my bank blocked it. I tried to order a refund and that is taking forever too with no response back.

I wanted to try a reading which costs approximately 4 euros. There was a timer showing it will be ready in 48 hrs or so.....of course it was never delivered. Moreover they are charging me for some 50$ subscriptions that I never ordered. It's a scam

I noticed an unauthorized transaction of RM 200 taken from my bank account today. I have reached out to support regarding this issue. I am leaving this constructive feedback in hopes that customer service will contact me immediately to process my refund and resolve this billing error.

Struggling with it and it's charging people money for a picture be drawn and revealing online. I didn't pay for it at all, because I don't have income to pay for it. Seriously scam

The service is completely unreliable. They offered a low trial price but ultimately charged me a high price without prior notice, even though I hadn't tried anything. They said they would refund me within 2-6 business days, but they didn't. I had to contact my credit card company to block my card. It's causing me a lot of trouble.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I was told it would cost $1 and when I look at my bank account the equivalent to $100 in ZAR have been taken out I was promised a refund on September 15th and it is now October and no refund is in sight. This site needs to be shut down immediately.

FRAUDSTER COMPANY This is one of those disgusting companies that signs you to a subscription in tiny tiny small print. You think you paying £3.99 next minute you getting debited with £37. So you go through the procedure of cancelling your credit card but they just debit the new card, how they get the new card details must be Apple Pay another company I’m sick of. Even the banks recognise this company as fraudulent. So please be aware of the small print. I advise you not to support them.
