Extremely long questionnaire and only given the obvious career advise (what you are already doing) then a timer to buy now or loose access to your life altering results. If there was no timer I may have considered purchasing a month to check it out but with the BUY NOW OR ELSE!! type messaging I can only imagine this is no different than every other high pressure sales site that takes months to unsubscribe from.

Careful giving them your credit card, the cancelation process is a nightmare. The ai was mediocre. Edit: They did give me a refund after writing a review. Not after writing a strongly worded cancelation.

Sorry the cancellation process and the product experience fell short. We’re glad the refund has now reached you, and we appreciate you updating your review.

Test results were wrong, job recommendations were wrong. Conversations went in circles. Do not recommend, and especially so if your job search isn't linear

Sorry to hear the results missed the mark - that's not the experience we want. We're going to reach out to you directly to make this right.

Started off well and I liked the career path suggestions but I thought the personality test was lacking accuracy and my job suggestions were completely irrelevant to my career path suggestions even after I tried to correct them. Overall I’m disappointed that I’ve paid for the annual subscription (over £80) and would’ve hoped that the job section would link far better with the career path recommendations.

Hi. I tried canceling my subscription. It's been two months. Please cancel my subscription. It's not working out for me. Also, can I get a refund?
Response from Apt AIJun 2, 2026
Hi, we've replied to you on our support email and cancelled your subscription on our end - you won't be charged again.

The app is absolute trash - it's generic AI slop that has clearly been developed through another AI software such as Claude You have to pay to get to see what it looks like or if it's remotely useful It just feeds you jobs you can already think of / similar to yours They did reluctantly issue a refund post me being forced to quote the CPR's 2008 - having first refused it and sharing their policy document

Definitely not worth the money for me. Cool concept just not there yet. Possibly in a year or so? Keep up the development.

It is pretty annoying that you do the long test and at the end of it, you don't even have an option to recieve at least the result. You have to subscribe to even see how the product even works or if my matches make sense. If I could get at least gist of my report and see if it makes great sense, I would even be open to get the subscription. But it is very little info on 'sales' page to buy a subscription.

Sorry this was your experience - totally fair feedback. We’re aware of this and we’re currently improving how we communicate pricing and what you’ll get before you invest time in the test
