They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The program did not work as advertised, and I was not given any useful information that I didn't already know. I was disappointed with the results of the tool and the company would not offer me a refund. Edit: Apt.ai tried to take down this post for defamation. I have lowered their score to 1 star. It was 2 stars as the support team was nice.

SCAM. Do not trust this site. The initial personality results are intriguing but then it's a completely different profile and AI once you pay. Basically all that they promise is not fulfilled once you actually pay for an account. I emailed their customer service and was ghosted. Even though they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee they absolutely do not honour it.

I spent a lot of time answering a lot of questions. Then got the whack for cash. I thought about it and said why not. Then I got guidance and recommendataions that were so far off from what I answered, it was useless. The company also offered at 30-day money back gurantee… Good luck with that. Same day I tried to get my money back and nope, just crazy placation. Not ready for prime time and don’t waste your money.

They say 30 Day Money Back Guarantee ... that is a lie. On top of that ... system does not work as advertised. Don't fall for it.

I asked it if the questionnaire would lead to a paywall. The AI assured me it wouldn’t, it did.

Ha - what a scam!! On the sign-up page where you select your subscription option, it clearly says ‘30 day money-back guarantee’. But then in the FAQ further down the page it says that all purchases are non-refundable, and dissatisfaction with the product is not a valid reason for a refund. I’m glad I noticed such a large contradiction before choosing to subscribe!! How can we trust that anything they would suggest or offer is correct or realistic, when they have such a huge contradiction on their sign-up page?

felt like i was being scammed. asked so many questions then just kept cycling back to the same question at the end before generating results. it seemed like malware or a phishing scam at that point. never generated a report.

Bought it, paid for the subscription. All my recommended jobs are way out of my league. I try to get better recommendations and nothing . I cancel subscription, and try to get a refund. Strict no refund policy.
