Do no give this company your time, they are not trying to help you! They use horrible and manipulative practices to con you into giving you time, money and data. Honestly this just needs to be illegal. It is not a legitimate business, and this 1 star would be a 0 if I could.

Hi, we're sorry to hear this - we've reached out to you directly to look into your case and make it right.

I cancelled my membership shortly after signing up due to the quality of results returned. Despite completing the personality assessment, the job roles suggested were irrelevant, wrong industry, incorrect salary band, and included areas I had explicitly requested to exclude. Given the results did not reflect the inputs provided, I’d like to request a refund.

Hi, we're really sorry the results didn't reflect what you put in - irrelevant roles, wrong industry, wrong salary band, and excluded areas showing up definitely shouldn't happen. Please reach out to [email protected] and we'll process your refund right away.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Like others have stated, other site offer the same or better service for free. They repeatedly aggressively charge your account even after attempting to cancel on the website or via email. Instructions to cancel are impossible to follow on their user interface. Customer service is zero help. Bank will not block the transactions.

Hi, it looks like you posted the review twice. We offer cancellations and refunds - please reach out to [email protected] and we process emails quickly. We've checked your case and the charges you're seeing aren't actually from us - the descriptor on your statement names a different company and the amount doesn't match any of our subscription prices. Your Apt subscription was cancelled back in February with no further charges from us since

Unfortunately I cancelled my membership immediately due to extreme disappointment in the results. The personality assessment seemed to go well but the job roles returned were nonsense. Wrong industry; wrong grade/salary band; included areas I'd specifically asked to avoid. Shocking really and I had better results from chat gpt and Claude for free. I would like a refund please.

Hi, we're sorry the results missed the mark — wrong industry, salary band, and excluded areas appearing anyway shouldn't happen. We've gone ahead and refunded your payment in full. The refund should reach your account within 5–10 business days.

Paid, stuck on loop after payment, can't access account, log-in, or cancel membership. Have emailed support to request a full refund of the subscription and to immediately cancel my subscription. Falling at the first hurdle does not bode well for continued use of the platform. Hopefully they respond and issue a refund so I can change my review to be more positive.

Hi, we're really sorry about this — being stuck after payment is exactly the kind of experience we don't want anyone to have. We've replied to your email and refunded your payment in full. The refund should reach your account within 5–10 business days.

I couldn't log in for half of the month after paying $29.99. They didn't offer a discount or money back. There isn't anything on the app worth $29.99.

No refund available of course because I'd had the results, and rubbish results are apparently acceptable and not worthy of a refund. Don't waste your time and money and just use chat or Claude.

Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback - and we're sorry the job results missed the mark so badly. We discussed your case internally and have refunded your payment in full. The issues you flagged (wrong industry, salary band, excluded areas appearing anyway) are real bugs we're actively working to fix.

If I could give this a zero, I would. I did not find this remotely helpful in my career search. Any other free form of AI would help you more in your search. Also, this is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. You cannot cancel on your settings page or even disentangle your credit card once you have signed up for a free trial. I myself have emailed the company FOUR times, asking to cancel, with them not honoring my requests. It's basically a fancy scam.
