I ordered the massager and after paying for it, a video by co founder Andy, tells me it's not very good so buy the one that really works for double the money...I cancelled within 5 minutes but it took 2 days for a response and guess what, too late its been shipped...long story short, after a month and 16 request tickets, I got my refund, minus $40 shipping for the unopened package and $4.99 lifetime warranty....cost for me $45 can for nothing....very shady way to treat people...avoid this company, they just want your money for nothing but junk.

I am furious with company and feel their practices are questionable at best and deceptive at worst. I rate their customer serveice as terrible! My recommendation, stay away from this company!!! Ordered their miracle product (my opinion of their description) that will fix everything related to my back problem. Received product and was satisfied. Then email but you need another miracle product (my opinion of their description). OK I bought it. My Wife is near death in Hospice and I have not tried it. Received more recommendations for products I NEED. Then charged $39.95 for subscription (I dont think I ordered). Buried somewhere in fine print? Called and asked for refund. DENIED!!! Rep said I could cancel and would be no future charges. I said please cancel and send email confirmation. None received. Second request for confirmation. None received.

I ordered this massager without talking with my doctor. After visiting with my neurosurgeon, I was informed that this massager will do more harm than good! I refused this massager when it came in. I have yet to receive my refund!!! I called and only got hung up on. I emailed Calvin and I have yet to receive a response! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Mia's review does not say if product worked. Only rated as 1. Was this only for "no customer service"? Did she return product?

Expensive products. No customer service. Product does not perform to the levels of which they claim. So does that answer whether I thought the piece of junk worked?! This is a true and accurate review. Please respect my first amendment right of free speech.
