Wrong marketing, super disappointing
I bought Youth Bio-Collagen Overnight Face Mask along with Youth Day & Night Hydrating Serum, and when I recieved my package I was shocked to see that the serum showed and advertised on the website was different than what I had received. Super disappointed with the wrong marketing and branding. When I researched about the serum I came to know that the serum that I had got from your company was simply a product available online for 20-30 dhs where as I paid more than 100 dhs for it. I emailed several times for a refund and compensation but that was all in vain.

Don’t buy from these criminals!!!
Absolut scam! Don’t buy from them. They will send a super cheap product that doesn’t do anything good for you. Even the ingredient list has harmful substances on it. Don’t buy. It’s such a shame that people make money like this. I messaged them for a refund as they offer a “30 day money back guarantee” but obviously they won’t respond anymore.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 6weeks ago, the company have emailed me to say it’s been lost in transit. I have asked for a refund which they say they have sent, however I haven’t received the refund either.

completely scammed by these con artists
at least make it legit, it was so poorly packaged when the face mask was also ripped off when I tried openinng a package plus THERES no hydration on the mask, dry as the bloody tissue. Cant believe I wasted my money on this fraudsters
