Another product that doesn’t work, it seems. I went to trustpilot first and none of the satisfied customers was verified. So, do they write their own reviews? It looks like it. Anyway, I saved myself the trouble of ordering this product and saved myself a lot of money that way.

I ordered a product from Try Youth more than two months ago and still have not received it. I have emailed the company more than five times requesting a refund, yet they continue to refuse to return my money. Their excuse is that they supposedly do not have my telephone number, even though they have been provided with two different numbers for me. Regardless, a missing phone number does not justify withholding both the product and my refund. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care is appalling. Based on my experience, their business practices are deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise customers to beware before ordering from this company.

Great product, thank you. Just a long delivery time.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are true. Scam. Shipping label immediately printed but product never mailed.

I purchased the eye patches to give them a try. My overall experience was really disappointing. The dried collegen did not dissolve once placed under the patch. When I removed the patch I had to rewash my face to get all of the dry white particles off from under my eyes. In addition I had the following issues: - Tried mulitple time to cancel my subscription, even though I intentionally selected "one time" purchase. The page that manages subscriptions continued to have a URL error after 5 different attempts across 5 different days. - Emailed customer to service to cancel my subscription and get a refund "30 Day Money Back Guarantee". They cancelled the subscription, but we are continuing to go back and forth on the "percentage off" they will give me. I just want my money back. I will never buy from this company ever again.

I ordered Feb 21 2026. As if March 30th, I have no product they have my $58.00 and they keep making excuses. It doesn't even have a shipping label yet. WHAT A SCAM

Waited over a month for the face mask. Tried it this morning. Was not pink. Hard to fit to face and tears easily. Not worth the money or the wait. Definitely not as advertised.
