As anyone else, we all think it's a scam or someone is trying to get one over us. Well, I did at 1st. I saw a YouTube video about truth in Equity. So I made the appointment. Diana called me, put me through this process, and I must admit it was a little frustrating because it was new. She asked me not to give up. It did take a little time and I did put my trust in her. Since I did, my credit score went up 100 points, my debt to income ratio is so much better. I am living a little less stressed financially, and one of my goals were to buy a 2nd home as an investment property. That day looks like it will come sooner then I thought. I am paying down my mortgage alot faster then expected. I must say trusting truth in Equity was one of my best financial decisions I made in life. Thank you Diana!

I have been working with Bill for the past 6 months and it has been a life changing experience. The expertise that he has in the financial field is amazing. My husband had just finished his Residency, we had 6 kids and our oldest was 13! I was feeling overwhelmed with our debt and how we were going to start saving for retirement. My brother had used a HELOC to pay off his house and told me to look into it. I researched online and had him to talk to, so I thought I could do it myself. I almost got into a horrible "HELOC" which wasn't really a HELOC. That is when I decided to pay the money for Truth in Equity. I felt with all of our different loans I could use the help on the best time to make a draw from HELOC to pay off the loans and which loans. Within a couple weeks Diana had called every bank in our area and found the best place for us to get our HELOC set up. Our bank almost didn't set it up right, but Diana caught it and stepped in. We started this process in Oct 2014. In that time, we have paid off our car loans, all of our student loans, our house, and will have the HELOC paid off in about 18 months. I haven't been the best in keeping in contact with TIE, but every time I reach out, Diana has helped me make decisions on getting a piano, which loans to pay off first, paying for some home improvement and other things. If you can stay on a budget and are disciplined this is the ABSOLUTE best way to get out of debt! Maybe you can do it on your own, but I know for me TIE has paid for itself. I highly recommend!
