Randy did a wonderful job helping us through this. He essentially held my hand as I have no idea what I'm doing in this department. Unfortunately we had a couple hiccups and it was a bit complicated but luckily he knows what he is doing and navigated the issues with perfection.

I used their service to register a trademark in the USA. Great service, kept me posted through all the steps and answered all my questions when I had any. If you need to register a trademark in the USA, 100% recommend these guys.

Super job - very professional - I could not get that trademark done because a large multinational obstructed to it so randy negotiated a settlement for me ... and we won!

I cannot say enough good words to describe how wonderful my experience was working with Kevin and his company! He was the only reply I received that was done "in person". I thought I could do my trademark by myself but ran into a big problem that would have meant re-applying, a lot more money and big head aches. I answered Kevin's personal email and he got back to me immediately, made me feel extremely comfortable and started the "fix it" process. He made me assurances I never thought I would get. I have a second product that will need a trade mark and I have absolutely no desire to check out anyone else! Kevin is not only a consummate professional at what he does but also a great family man who really cares about his customers. That was made very evident through his timely emails and more importantly, what was said in those emails. Thank you again Kevin. Michael C. Hill President Akoma Dog Products, Inc.
