Sun BumReviews of trustthebum.com

My first application of sunbum mango lipbalm was hopeful. It promised SPF30 protection. But I found my lips weren't moisturized and felt I had to keep applying it. A few days later, I noticed my lips were cracking and burning and swelling. Did I have sunburned lips? Then I had trouble eating and my tongue and roof of the mouth were raw. I read the label which said don't use on broken skin, not realizing the product could cause this. It took at least two weeks for my lips and mouth to heal. Lots of pain in the meantime. I can't find where to contact the company and recommend this product be investigated further. I understand there are others who have experienced this. Shouldn't it have better, stronger, more visible warnings?

Love this brand! Great products. Fast customer service. Fast shipping. Reading some of the negative reviews made me laugh. Some people are so dumb and entitled. SPF 30 for a day at the reef? No wonder you got burned. You need a 70 for that. 30 is for lounging poolside with an umbrella. How dumb are you? You chose the wrong strength. Just because its sunscreen, doesnt mean it won't melt. Everyone with half a brain knows you put stuff like this in a seperate leak proof bag in luggage. Just because you might be allergic to mango, doesnt mean its their problem. OMG, you didn't get a free product and your to cheap to buy what you want. Love yall Sunbum, keep the haterz hating. They make me laugh.

Bought SPF30 spray bottle from Boots. At £18 it’s not cheap. On holiday and not able to use it as the spray top doesn’t work ( checked it’s in position/ googled - nothing works) total waste of money where we then had to go out to buy a replacement. Not happy

Bought the spf30 chapstick coconut flavor and it tastes like poison, feels greasy on the lips, and just just a crappy chapstick, which I paid over $7 for. Threw it right in the trash after purchasing from a local store. There is better out there save your $$.

Primo ingrediente dei loro solari è Octocrylene...segnalati da anni come nocivo per la salute. Vergognoso che sia sugli scaffali di grandi negozi italiani come Rinascente.

Me and my husband used Sun Bum coral safe factor 30 for the 1st time on the 1st week of our holiday in Thailand we were in the sea for less than an hour an reapplied the cream after and both ended up fried to crisp. I had sunstroke and was so burnt I couldnt even wear a bra, I spoke to a young guy while we were there and he had the same experience with the sun bum cream last year but also had blisters, he showed me pictures of this. I would only recommend this suncream if you want to be burnt alive.

I absolutely love Sun Bum spf 15 browning lotion! I get a beautiful nice even tan with or without the sun. It shortens my exposure to the sun and I still get a beautiful natural sun kissed tan. I apply to my whole body rub it in really well and I allow it to completely dry before I dress. I have had no issues with it staining any of my clothes. This is absolutely the best product I have used.

Really lovely and helpful staff!! Their products are fab! I use the chapsticks all year round and the sunscreen is great when I’m on the beach. It smells lovely too!! I’d highly recommend them to anyone and have on loads of occasions!
