UK customer booked for a car in America. Booked a mustang and got a Tucson. Was told at the desk to contact customer service and I would be refunded the difference. Emailed 4 times when I got back home and they refuse to get back to me. Pick another company if possible. The customer service is not existing.

I am Indian, but I am really fed up with the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I went there for my PCC appointment and they checked all my documents. After that, they told me I need to fill out a manual form and come back again. If there is an online system, why do we still need to complete manual forms? And if manual forms are required, then why not do everything manually instead of making people do both? It was a very frustrating experience at the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I know this message may not affect anyone, but the service really needs improvement. If the embassy cannot handle 10 appointments a day, they should reduce the number to 4 or hire more staff. It feels like they only want the fees but do not want to do the work properly. My advice to anyone booking an appointment is to go at least one hour after your scheduled time. Otherwise, you may end up sitting there for 4 to 5 hours, only to be told to come back again.

Gloverall coat company bought a coat in the black Friday sale came a few days later but wrong coat sent. I did get a return label but barcode invalid. I have sent email one week later no contact from the company.

Best Western Plus Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club Frolesworth Road, No heating in room 311 when we arrived ,carpet was disgusting with a massive dirty white stain on it room didn’t smell that good and to think they charged me £100 for the privilege to stay there ,, best plus hardly I’ve stayed in a lot better for half that price

This DPD are disgrace waited for the parcel for 3 days even tho I paid for next day delivery from the company I exposed the drivers as they would send messages saying customer refused delivery that way they get paid and they don't have redelivery your parcels if he sends message sorry we missed you he as to come back and redelivery they are horrible people to deal with just in case you need to talk with them all Parel shop and keep pressing zero you will get some one from customer service to talk too please don't use DPD you will regret it horrendous people

Dit zijn echte oplicters boeven. Nooit bestellen bij zayana.nl ze doen alsof ze je geld terug geven leveren verkeerde maten kleding walgelijke kwaliteit dit is echt een oplicht bedrijf ik heb nog geen order bon ontvangen na 10 mails ook zijn ze niet te bereiken nooit dus bestellen daar !
