I hired them for a home inspection and the inspector missed quite a few things that ended up costing me more after closing on home. When I approached them with the issues, I was given a lot of excuses. Highly disappointed with the customer service after issue was brought to attention. I understand sometimes things may get missed but it's the way they treated me as a customer after. They ignored my emails despite me explaining and sending pictures of what was missed. I will never use them again and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.
