I had a great experience with Philip from TrustLock. My uPVC door stopped closing and locking properly. Philip arrived within 30 minutes, despite us calling so late. He was polite, kind and respectful from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing step by step and was happy to answer any questions, which helped us understand what was going on and gave us advice on how to move forward. He was also very quick and efficient, finishing the job in just 20 minutes. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. I really appreciate him coming out so late and being so professional. I would definitely recommend TrustLock if you need someone reliable and responsive.
