Have been using this wallet for some time, when suddenly they took my founds and now i have to jump trough million hoops to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They have some serious issues now. They are stealing users money. I have top up account via credit card and now they are asking proof of ownership, although it is not first time i am using it. They need 12 hours to respond and when they respond it is not solution but just some type of excuse. Stay miles away! UPD: Unbelievable, instead of providing solution another excuse. They have asked for a identity proof, selfie with Debit card, which i have sent of course, but still i can not access my funds. I thought it can not be worse, I was so wrong! And do not misguide people major features of Trustee Wallet app are included in TRUSTEE PLUS app.

Update january 20, 2026 : i did get help from Trustee wallet support , the original help center. However , i did got scammed by people who used trustee wallet and told me to use that wallet. Just be aware . Funds still gone , didnt recover it . ITS A SCAM ! Money got frozen, received an email from trustee.helpcenter. from gmail account that my money was put to AML check . Which is total scam, this email doesnt been exist. BtC fantom is absolute scam . Cant check in any blockchain , can remove money or transfer . Its stuck somewhere . Update: January 10th, 2026 . I did contact inside customer support , it automatically sends you to Bot on the telegram , which is useless. Said contact the police , noone helps you . Its like a black hole to nowhere

My account was recently restricted due to suspected fraud/money laundering. I was told the review would take two business days, but when I followed up, I was informed that the process would take longer — with no clear timeline provided. My money is basically frozen for who knows how long! I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this bank based on how this situation has been handled. Unfortunately I'll have to file a complaint with appropriate institutions in Lithuania if this won't get resolved in peace because waiting for who knows how long isn't an option in my case while money is frozen.

Поддержка отвечает шаблонными фразами «ожидайте, с вами свяжутся», без указания конкретных сроков, статуса заявки или компетентного специалиста. Более того, невозможно создать новый чат с поддержкой — интерфейс намеренно запутан, чтобы ограничить доступ к оператору. Вы фактически остаётесь заложником «проверки», с заблокированными средствами и невозможностью защитить свои права. Налицо признаки злоупотребления AML-процедурами: • внутренний анализатор (Chainalysis) не выявил нарушений ни у адреса отправителя, ни у адреса получателя; • компания отказывается указывать срок проведения AML-проверки и тем самым бесконтрольно удерживает чужие средства; • действия не соответствуют принципам разумности и пропорциональности, предусмотренным Регламентами ЕС и законодательством Литвы, где зарегистрирован провайдер.
