Super Slow Shipping
Trustedpeps hands-down has the very best prices I can find anywhere, and they carry both Reta & Tesa. They also have the most awesome packaging I have had so far. The down-side is the shipping is horribly slow. I had a large order and did not want hundred of dollars of product sitting in the back of a hot truck for days on end so paid for "priority shipping" which is suppose to take 1-3 days but often takes 3-5 days. And you guessed it, took 5-days out of the freezer and in the back of a hot truck in the Houston sun on a hot summer day. Ordered a 2nd time and again paid for "priority shipping" waited all week and the post office stuffed it in my hot black mailbox where it sat all day baking until I got home. When I ordered from other vendors, they always provide FedEx 2nd Day Air, usually free. and get it 2 days later. FedEx will leave it in the shady part of your front porch and send you a text and email it was delivered. If Trustedpeps would start to carry Cagri & Tesa+Ipa blend and offered FedEx 2nd Day Air that would be awesome!

Unfortunately, USPS delays have been one of the most common complaints we’ve received, and they’re largely outside of our control once a package is accepted by the carrier. Because of this feedback, we are actively working on implementing FedEx 2-Day shipping as an option very soon, which should provide a much more consistent delivery experience. Regarding the temperature concerns, the lyophilized (powder) products themselves are generally very stable during normal shipping conditions and are not expected to be affected by the situations you described. We still understand that seeing a package spend extra time in transit or sitting in a mailbox is frustrating, and we want to provide a better experience. We truly appreciate your suggestions on adding additional products as well. Customer feedback like yours plays a big role in what we prioritize next.
