Trusted LeadsReviews of trustedleads.io

Trusted Leads has been amazing so far. I really like that their data is always fresh and up-to-date, and the outcome CSV files are very well organized, which makes my workflow much easier. Their customer support also replies super fast whenever I need help. Overall, a reliable and smooth experience.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I placed my first order with Trusted Leads. I’ve worked with other providers before and usually had to wait days just to get a response. These guys? I had a full batch of leads in my inbox within hours. It was almost too fast—I had to double-check to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. But nope, it was legit. That kind of speed makes a huge difference when you’re trying to move quickly on campaigns.

Below is my original review, it was pretty bad. But they came through with a new lead list that was exactly what I ordered. Took three weeks. As a business owner I get it, it happens. I got what I needed so 5 starts. "DONT buy from them please. Im sure they were great before October 2025 before the Apollo Crack down but now they don't deliver on what was promised. I spend $250 on a 33k lead list where there was little communication after they failed to deliver on their stated expected delivery date of 2 days (They took 5 days to deliver after purchase with no communication) I received a list that was complete garbage. Less than 1% usable with 99% using key words that were completely unrelated to the solar key words I had used in my initial search URL. This was very disappointing as they come highly recommended by Lead Gen Jay and was exited to spend more money with them. Please tread carefully and avoid a massive loss like I had. "

Stay away from them!! I initially used to buy from Trusted Leads, but recently they have been terrible! First of all they took 5 days to deliver even though they promised to do it in 2 days. Second of all I paid for 3400 leads and they sent me only 2400, between verified and unknown/catch all. When I confronted them about it, they told me the 1000 rest were invalid and stopped responding. Terrible company, never buying again.

I was honestly caught off guard by how quickly Trusted Leads delivered the data. I placed the order and within what felt like no time, the leads were in my inbox and ready to go. In this line of work, timing is everything, and they nailed it. I’ve worked with other providers who drag their feet—this was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be coming back when I need another batch.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to get my lead list back so quickly. I placed the order thinking it would take a few days, but Trusted Leads had everything in my inbox in under 24 hours. That kind of turnaround makes a huge difference when you're trying to stay ahead of the competition. They definitely exceeded expectations on speed.

I bought 10000 leads off them and they never delivered… it’s been nearly 2 weeks now and their website says expect 2 days. Contacted them through both email and support tickets multiple times and no response still.

Super quick and easy. Very straightforward and the leads arrived super quick in my case as well. Leads were great quality.
