I signed up for TrustedChoice because I believe that it would enhance my lead base. Unfortunately, it did nothing. Upon paying a monthly plan, you have to pay for the incoming leads(prices vary from $17-$57 per lead). The clients I received did not want to pay the quoted premiums or never answered their phones, emails,or text messages. Overall, I was not satisfied and would not recommend the service.

First time I tried your service an agent contacted me and I told him my situation. Gave him the info he requested and then never heard from him again. Second time I tried I connected with a different agent who worked with me and got me insured, but the first guy called me as if I was a brand new client looking for insurance, with no recollection of having ever spoken with me previously. How do you vet these people?

Many of the companies recommended to me did not provide the insurance I had requested in the initial search. Only one company from the results called us, to inform us they did not provide that type of insurance. I reached out to the other recommended companies and essentially wasted my time after being told by the ten-ish companies that they did not offer what I was looking for.

I got 2 call backs. The first company I returned the call and No one answered, no voicemail/answering service, nothing. The second company I called back and still haven't hear back. I got better luck searching on my own and calling around.

Only two of the suggested agents contacted me and after they each emailed me several times asking questions, I never heard back from them. Wasted my time.
