I have looked into the matter personally and according to our records, your full order was shipped in two separate packages with UPS tracking numbers 1Z6908140324853497 and 1Z6224910309518368. Our records also indicate that both packages were successfully delivered and signed for at the front desk on April 14th. I understand the frustration that can come from receiving a shipment that appears to be incomplete. I would advise checking whether the second package might have been overlooked or misplaced. Hello Mike, I'm sorry that the RL440510 Battery Roller for Caterpillar you ordered took longer than you anticipated to arrive. Customer satisfaction and Transparency are vital to us. One of TruPar.com's most advanced features is the ability to show our customer's real-time product availability, and highly accurate estimated delivery dates before and after all orders are placed. I've taken some time investigating this situation and see that the delivery dates estimated to you before placing your order on TruPar.com were 7, expected to arrive on Monday, October 24th. The remaining three were expected to arrive between November 10th and November 24th. After tracking the three shipments associated with this order, I am showing that the final items were received and signed for by "KEHOE" on Wednesday, November 23. Is there any way the final delivery might have been misplaced or didn't get to you for some reason? If not, and this review was not a mistake, would you mind explaining to me what we could do better for you to avoid running into another problem like this one in the future?
