My reason for choosing to work with Truoba was how impressed I was with how strongly all of the on line reviews stressed how responsive Ingas was. My experience pushed the envelope of the required responsiveness needed to get our project done. Our project started as a "modify the 615 to conform with ADU zoning requirements". It soon became clear that would not be possible and we switched to a full custom design. Issues of zoning still emerged but Ingas and Viada who joined the team stayed incredibly responsive to both zoning requirements and my dream of creating a 900 sq ft ADU with the look and feel of the 5400 sq ft home we are downsizing from. I now am moving forward to construction with a solid set of build drawings and specifications knowing I made the best possible choice working wth Truoba.

i live in Germany and came across a Truoba design that i liked on the internet. I decided, instead of searching for a local architect, I was going to ask Truoba LLC to create the design for my new home in Germany. Truoba is unique in architectural design, when my wife and I were looking for house plans to build our home, we wanted something that provides contemporary design with a combination of the traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture and nothing came close to this design from Truoba. We made some requests for modifications to fit our vision and Ignas and Vaida were very responsive and worked efficiently to get us the changes we wanted. We were very pleased with the results and they even provided us renderings of our final design. The plan/construction package is very detailed and organized, it will make building very easy. We look forward to seeing our home when we complete it, it will be the perfect architecture and design! If you want house designs that are contemporary and unique, but also can have some traditional elements, we highly recommend Truoba. Ignas and his team do exceptional work!
