Truoba LLCReviews of truoba.com

The experience of working with Truoba to customize our floor plan was extremely pleasant. After searching through pages and pages of other house plans on the internet, we finally found the Truoba site and a floor plan that checked many boxes and fit our style. Their website is organized, detailed, and easy to navigate.  We wanted to make a few modifications, and Ignas (the architect) was very easy to work with and proved to be a valuable resource. We appreciated how promptly he answered our questions, the input of a professional architect, and the time he took to go back and forth with us. Ignas was very knowledgeable about the plan and how customizations might affect the build and cost.  We recommend working with Truoba. Their service combined the ease of online shopping with the benefits of working with a professional. The plans we received were high quality, detailed, and what our builder needed.

Ignas was so accommodating and quick from the start. He was open and receptive to all our ideas while respectfully offering his expertise and insight where the plan could be improved. Truoba's designs are unlike anything we have access to in our area, and are the perfect mix of modernity and functionality that we were looking for. Building a home (especially for the first time) can be really intimidating, but working with Truoba has been exciting and stress free. We can't wait to start the build of our new home this spring!

We worked with Truoba to customize an existing plan, and the experience was wonderful. We went into the customization process very wary of working through all of the details and decisions, but the architects worked with us until we were satisfied with the final plan. They responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly and made recommendations for both style and functionality to create a perfect plan for our house. We highly recommend the team at Truoba to help you build your dream house!

Thinking about building your dream home? Finding a great set of plans online that meet all your needs is a daunting and time consuming necessary first step. We found TROUBA House Plans online early in our searching and decided to contract with them after reading reviews from some of their very satisfied customers. The highest compliment I can pay TROUBA came from my builder, who, with some 25 years of commercial and residential building experience, has seen and worked with hundreds of plans. My builder described TROUBA's plans as excellent in quality, clarity, completeness, detail and design. My experience was superb and the architect worked patiently with me until I was completely satisfied with the result. The architect was very informative about the whole process and there were never any surprises throughout the project. His word was GOLD! Do yourself a favor: Give TROUBA the opportunity to create a great set of plans for your next construction project. You won't be disappointed.

Ignas was timely and very pleasant to work with on The Truoba 218 house plans. Through the many changes we made and up to some of the last ones we are still working on, he has been quick to respond and more than happy to accommodate our questions and changes to the plans. We love the look of this home and are very excited to move on to the next phase.

Working with Ignas was an all around great experience. He was and continues to be very prompt and responsive. All of my emails and calls to him were responded to quickly. We made changes to the original layout and Ignas made great suggestions as to what he thought would work the best with the initial plans. He asked questions about details as well like, where we would like to place the HVAC etc... If you are looking for a unique house plan that doesn't look cookie cutter with the ability to make changes to suit your needs and wants, Truoba is defiantly the company that you want to go with. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way our plans turned out and can't wait to start building! Thank you Ignas.

The entire process of customizing my home was easy and not a marketing ploy nor pressure sales. Great Job Ignas!

Truoba was a real pleasure to work with. Ignas listened to what we wanted to accomplish and absolutely nailed it!! He was very easy to work with - very responsive to us and our builder. Highly recommended!!
