I operate a repair shop in Brampton, ON Canada. During an audit in 2019 on most repair facilities who work with TruNorth. VP Hugh "Bud" McKinney came to our facility and told us. "We are a business and want to make money. Sell our warranty but don't put in claims for more than what the customer paid" These guys are purposely cheating and will deny any claim over what you originally paid for the warranty/insurance. Please don't buy

This company is completely worthless and a fraud. Please do not think for one moment they will cover any claims. They will have you jump through hoops to let you know it was all for nothing causing you time and money loss!!! Horrible company and plan!!!
