TruNebReviews of truneb.com

It never worked and when I tried to return it. i got no response. Complete waste of money. Do not waste money.... get a flashlight

I bought it and looked forward to using it. It worked briefly then quit. After trying to get it going, I asked the company to replace the body. That didn't help. Now I got it to nebulize distilled water but it will not handle albuterol or budesonide. The company refuses to swap my unit for a new one. Don't fall for the company line. This product doesn't work!

Buyer beware! I bought the portable nebulizer and an extra nebulizer cup but learned after making my purchase that due to my condition, I need to use a product that can be sterilized in high heat (which this one cannot). I contacted the company within the 30-day return window and have been GHOSTED. I first contacted them through the instant messaging bot on their website. It said no problem, someone will be in touch soon by email - no email. Then I found their customer support email and sent a direct email - no reply. I called them two days ago during their business hours and got their voicemail - no return call. I am out over $200 on a product I can’t use. If you need a nebulizer, you are better off buying from a reputable company like Nebology, Just Nebulizers, or Medical Eshop.

After noticing some wear on my original nozzle tip,I was concerned about the cost and hassle of replacing the entire unit. However, I was delighted to find out that TruNeb offers the option to purchase just the nozzle tip separately. This not only saved me money but also extended the life of my nebulizer, making it an even more valuable investment

What an excellent product! It's calm proficient, thus a lot simpler to use than my old massive one. Enthusiastically suggest TruNeb Nebulize for anybody with respiratory issues.

So happy I viewed this as.. it's convenient, clam, and simple to utilize. it's a lifeline particularly during unexpected asthma assaults at work.
