A decent fallback, but jury still out - Probably good for folks who do not have a lot of MS Office documents
It seems that it would be a good fallback if I lost MS Office. But bottom line, it seems that the cost probably does not justify the shift to TrulyOffice. I have gone back to MS after an early try at Truly, but I will experiment further with Trulyoffice over the next year. Too much formatting was lost in the Trulyoffice version of the Apps, particularly Excel to TrulySheets, so a fast switch at this time was/is too burdensome.

Enjoying Truly Office Thanks To Daniel
Daniel made my experience absolutely enjoyable from start to finish. How blessed I was to get Daniel on the first try. I LIKE HIM!!! He understood how important it was for this seventy-plus widow, on a tight fixed income, to take a few days, use the Truly Office Student Suite, and transition from Microsoft Office. The Daniel-Bonus for me was how kind and patient he was as he spent time with me on the phone, walking me visually through my questions. Bottom-line: I am absolutely delighted to be free from Microsoft's yearly subscription and thoroughly pleased with my Truly Office ! And I found I could customize it for my personal use and performance. THANK YOU DANIEL ! I am not only recommending Truly Office, I am recommending they ask for Daniel -- TO Customer Service Representative/Technician.

8 days since I purchased the product
8 days since I purchased the product, they processed my credit card and sent me a receipt and I have yet to receive a key to download and/or unlock the product. Not sure if the purchase of this product was an wise idea.

Trulyoffice is a scam
Trulyoffice is the SoftMaker program. The promised cloud (called truly cloud) does not exist. When you click on the link to unlock the software, you're taken to the SoftMaker website. Don't buy anything from them, it's a scam. Last but not least... The user manual does not exist.

We have sent you an invitation now, although we understand that since you've received a refund, you may no longer be interested in using it. Nonetheless, the invitation has been sent should you decide to give it another try.
As for the user manual, it is indeed available within the applications. To access it, simply click on the "?" icon in the toolbar and select "User Manual." Each application, such as Word, Slides, and Sheets, has its own manual for easy reference. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
