Unreliable. Technician showed up outside of the scheduled "window" so I wasn't home--> Rescheduled the appt and AGAIN showed up outside the scheduled window time. I have been trying to speak to a manager to get my treatment done, there's no way to directly speak to a manager, the operator says they'll pass along a message to be called back within 48 hours--> I didn't get a call back in 48 hours--> I called AGAIN and AGAIN they wouldn't put me through to a manager. I left a message that I'm available until 1pm and 3-5pm--> the manager called at 2:01pm, that's exactly during the small amount of time I was not available. I am now trying to reach the Corporate Office for assistance. Can someone from the Corporate office please contact me ASAP 561-445-4784.

I suspected that I had a rodent as the dogs suddenly got crazy around the kitchen baseboards. I called Truly Nolen and was told that I had an infestation. The caught one and ONLY ONE rat. I did NOT have an infestation. They charged $1500.00 to catch ONE rat. I will NEVER use these people again. NEVER.

Ive been working with them for 2 weeks and they have no called no show on 5 separate occasions. We trusted them to do a WDIR report for a VA loan and they let us down and now our loan will not go through. Ive been promised the world from escalations, emails to local offices, manager call backs and it's all been nothing but smoke and mirrors.

I do not recommend services. The service coordinator who came to our home misinformed us regarding the included services. We were told we received a full year's treatment at no additional cost. We then started to receive monthly bills. It has been impossible to get a hold of someone to remove the bill.

My wife contacted this company through their website contact page after reading on there how they help with bird control. We have a problem with birds nesting in the roof. I clicked on the dropdown in the website that said 'birds' and left our contact details. Six hours later a man calls and says "we can't help with bird problems! Where did you get this information?" my wife said "on your website." He said "we don't do this work you have to fix it yourself" ZERO customer service, laughable. Please SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND ENERGY - Don't bother contacting this company. USELESS.

Been a customer of Truly Nolen for over 25 years. I received notice that my local servicing office has changed and since then sevice has become non existent. I have called the 1800 number three times and each time they say the local office will get back to me. I haven't heard back. Extremely disappointed!

After several years of service with them ,I have to say it is not the same company. Crew unreachable at all times . They do not answer any calls !! Of course this is after you signed the contract with them . Very disappointed!! Very upset . After the fumigation they never contact us to let us know when the house was safe to go in . We had to figured it out our self’s . they didn’t even try to place the tent outside the garden and destroyed our beautiful garden . Also when crew was using ladders to place the tent they damage a gutter from my our house . Not only we paid high price to have a good service . But now we will need to have to replace everything they left behind destroyed !! To top it off they got to remove the lock on the door after the first week of removing the tent and this is because my husband insisted on calling them And finally some one answered . Never Never again! I do not recommend to Anyone that have to work hard for their money to have a good service

I used Truly Nolan for bedbugs. I was given to my local one. I have never paid for anything that was so carelessly done. I had no idea what to expect so when an elderly man came in and told me and my pet to stay on the enclosed porch away from him working, I did. He did not do a proper job and 3 times later no improvement. Seeing another technician work, I learned my tech did not do a correct job. It is so hard to deal with that company as they say each location has their own area. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
