This is a drop shipper, Amazon delivery. I paid to much!
Well I was looking a good low rise adjustable garage stool and this is where I went. I ordered a, "Adjustable Rolling Garage Stool – Ergonomic Shop Seat with Casters & Tool Tray" from Trufair. What I didn't know then that I know now: This business is just a "drop shipper". Those of you who doesn't know what a drop shipper is, its a person, business, or company that sells product listed on other companies and businesses sites like Amazon. What happens is that you purchase the product from/through a website, a business or a company at a much higher price (in my case Trufair). Then the company/business you ordered the product from buy the product from another company and pay a much lower price. The product is then delivered my the company they purchased it from, in my case Amazon. They then keep the difference in price for themselves as a huge profit. As an example, and I feel embarrassed to admit this: I purchased the, "Adjustable Rolling Garage Stool – Ergonomic Shop Seat with Casters & Tool Tray" from Trufair at a total cost of $239.77 No manufacture name or model number was given on the product on their website at the time of purchase. When I received the product, from a Amazon Delivery truck, the product was in a manufacture box, "Freeky Rock". When I looked on Amazon they sell this exact (!) same product for $152.94 plus tax. That was a profit for them of $86.83 and a hug lost of $$$ for me...and over one and a half times the cost over Amazon's price. So, I checkout more of the products that Trufair sale through their website and found all of them on other sites at much lower prices. Most of them were from Amazon. CAUTION should be used and look or go elsewhere to check for the same product(s) and save yourself some big money...something I did not do before making this purchase through Trufair. As for the stool I received, it was made in China, I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. The box was not damaged and it was packed reasonably well, however there were scratches all over the bottom of the seat, plastic tray and bottom metal frame. So it was packed from the Chinese manufacture in this damaged state. Don't get me wrong, I put the blame 100% on me for not doing my maximum due diligence before ordering from Trufair. I hope this gives you insight to look before you buy from them. Don't be stupid like me, you've been warned!
