The only way I could a response to…
The only way I could a response to emails was to dispute the charges on paypal. I've never had worse customer service in my life

Poor service & I'm still dealing with issues!
Have been and still trying to resolve mulyiple issues with my order! Gave them some time to rectify because of the covid-19 pandemic; very slow to respond to e-mails(sometimes you have to send a few to get a response). Tried calling and it goes to voicemail(still have not heard from them via phone!) Was promised on 2 seperate occasions that they would send a "we're sorry" package/item; have yet to receive either one and that was weeks ago!

Hi Allen, I'm sorry to hear your frustrations with your order. During the COVID-19 situation and our transition to a work-from-home environment, we've admittedly not been up to par on our response times as of late. Current worldwide shipping delays and an increase in demand for our dolls throughout this time has our team at full capacity in support, and I'm sorry your messages weren't responded to in a timely fashion. In regards to your voicemails, our phone support is currently unavailable due to our working situation, and it has been listed on our contact form area as that for some time now. Your 'we're sorry' package is still set to ship, but we're not allowed into our building until after May 28th, so expect it after that time. Our customer service rep you spoke to may not have known that at the time. I hope you can understand, and we do thank you for your patience throughout this time. We're sorry we dropped the ball, Allen, but I hope you're enjoying your dolls! I hope we have a chance to prove our 'True' selves to you in the future. All the best.

Try Another Manufacturer, Preferably in the US!
Should have been made, with a lighter skeleton material, Such as, PVC, Or Alluminum Alloy! One Leg is slightly Longer than the other, And the Doll Looks Nothing Like the Advertisement! If Nothing else, I get a good workout, just taking it in and out of the closet!

Marcus, We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with some features of your new doll. TPE silicone will typically hold similar temperature as the room it's stored in, so it's very environment-dependant. As for the size concerns of your doll, the 4'7" models are currently the smallest sized products within our catalog. We try to make sure all of our measurements are correct and current on our site, but we do understand the 4'7" models are a bit smaller than some prefer. We've listened to your feedback and decided to unlist our 4'7" dolls starting December 1.
