I have yet to receive my items that was a confimed order on 4/8/2023. Customer service yet to resolve this.

I ordered from true Sports Fan a week ago, I was told I would be notified by email when it was shipped. I have not heard anything. Then an email said to download the Shop app to track my order. I did and all it said was the order had been placed.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped.

I placed an order for a club head cover and ball markers, paid $25 for shipping (about half the amount of my total order), and 2 weeks later it hasn’t even been shipped. Neither item was listed as out of stock on the website. Customer service returned an email promising to look in to it but 3 days have come and gone since then without an explanation. It’s safe to say I will never be using this site again and my suggestion is for others to look elsewhere as well.

Very poor service. Took 9 months to get something from you guys. Never using this company again.

I never received my item and despite trying to follow up on what happened I never received an answer. Very disappointed!!

I haven’t received it yet and no update said 3/2-22 but nothing yet very poor service
