Hi there, We completely understand how frustrating it is to see unexpected charges, but we want to clarify exactly what happened here, as our support team has already resolved this for you. Upon investigating your complaint, we discovered that you had accidentally created two separate accounts with us at different times. You successfully canceled your first account, but the second account remained active. Because your second account was created with a typo in the email address, you were unable to log in to access the cancellation page. We want to assure you, that we never disable the cancellation button, nor do we ever reactivate canceled accounts. In fact, once an account is canceled on our platform, all credit card information is permanently and automatically removed from the system, making reactivation impossible. As soon as you contacted us and we tracked down your duplicate account with the typo, we immediately canceled it for you and issued a full refund. We are always happy to help our members resolve accidental billing issues quickly when given the chance! We wish you the best on your yoga journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to address your concerns and clarify a few points: 1. We shoot our yoga classes using three camera angles. We've found that these angles provide the best perspective for understanding and following along with the yoga positions. Our primary focus is on demonstrating the yoga practice, rather than purposely emphasizing any revealing angles of the participants. 2. We don’t allow video downloads as we are a streaming-based platform. Our membership is priced to give you full streaming access to our extensive and growing library of over 250 videos at any time. 3. When a membership is canceled, access is revoked immediately due to the limitations of our membership platform and payment processor. We strive to communicate this clearly in our terms of service, emails, and the warning given prior to cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for giving us a try!
