Ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on June 5 and still haven’t received it. Paid for extra for quicker shipping and still haven’t received it.

THEY DON'T ANSWER YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR INFORMATION. ***** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ***** Yesterday they promised me a credit & then deleted all negative comments on their page. I have not received the promised email to confirm credit & now they have stopped replying.

Never received my order
Never received my order, extremely disappointed, claim has been submitted multiple times and no reply. No phone to follow up and no email for contact. STAY AWAY!

I wish I would have read these reviews…
I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed a order. I ordered on 4/21 (3)essential tshirts and it is now 5/16. There has been no movement on the order I’ve tried to reach the number but the automated system there is not registering my order number. Then I sent a email that is listed for questions and that was rejected as a bad server. I’m not sure what kind of tshirt hell I have gotten into but this is crazy. I’m glad I paid by PayPal because I will dispute the charges on 4/21. This place is a JOKE!! If they can’t handle the business give it to some company that can. There is not enough COVID-19 to blame for their lack of professionalism and promises to supply product.

Won’t ship my item. Lousy customer service.
Have been waiting for my item for 5 weeks and it stills shows as ‘printing’. Customer service is no help at all. They refuse to refund and do not provide an estimated ship date. Shop elsewhere!!!

Ordered a shirt 4/14, its 5/8 no shirt
Ordered a shirt 4/14, 4/15 I wrote to change the color, order processing, can't do it. 4/27 I wrote to cancel my order after I read it would be shipped within 2 weeks, nope can't cancel its in process. Wrong, its 5/8 and I checked again, order processing. Can't speak with anyone. Why couldn't I cancel my order the next day? NOW I see why people com I lined to the BBB. WAIST OF TI.E AND MONEY!! NEVER will I or anyone I know order from here again. I'll stick with the local little guy, sorry I didn't this time. Now I see that so many people have complained to the BBB
