DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The Instagram and all other social media adverts show a quality product but what they do not disclose is how bad the customer service is. Upon reading the reviews, within 10 minutes of placing the order a request to cancel was issued. Automated email was issued within 24 hours stating they would look into the request. The response was to ask for the negative reviews and upon sending evidence, fraudulently stated they belonged to a different company. I’m currently 14 days plus into requesting a full refund as the products were never shipped. I have been advised that refunds are dealt with in the order they are processed. Official complaint lodged with the financial conduct authority, tracing standard and my bank regarding this fraudulent company. Do not make the same mistake

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts on 29th June still not arrived on 8th August - I have requested a refund numerous times but they just keep fobbing me off - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- you’ll only regret it I’m going to report them to Trading Standards something should be done to stop these rouge traders operating in the UK -

Absolutely awful product, AVOID! This is nothing more than a clever marketing ploy/scam. They claim to be selling a premium product with the same quality of the leading brands at a fraction of the price when in reality they are just distributing the same cheap products that you could buy for a few quid from the likes of Temu. The material is stretchy but thats not surprising when there is so little of it, there is a single outer that is so thin the light coloured pairs are almost see through. The overall quality is dreadful 48hour response time via email and you have to contact them prior to returning to products all to make it difficult for the consumer. I am still waiting for my refund after 3weeks, dont fall into this clever marketing trap. When it sounds too good to be true it usually is! Turns out the returns address is the families floristry business, couldnt make it up!

Hi this is very stressful the goods arrived with no tags on the items with the size label cut out of one of the shorts and two different sizes please advice what your going to do about this as I find it totally unacceptable that I have to pay postage

Just received 3 pairs of golf shorts. To say the quality is poor is overstating it. Paper thin material , poor pocket depth. Can be bothered with the hassle of returning so gonna bin them, it's all they are good for.

Below standard product and the worst customer service possible. Please do not waste your time.

Promised a lot and promotional VT’s show decent quality kit, but it’s a total scam - clothing is really poor quality, delivery takes for ever, customer service non existent. Avoid!
